We are involved in High Frequency, Arbitrageand several other Trading Strategies.Responsibilities:- Analyzing the markets, market trends and its implication on various algo strategies- Following the trading rules in carrying out daily trading operations- Basic knowledge of technical analysis- Trading on the allocated Strategy and exploring various opportunities.- Communicating with other team members regarding trading positions and tradingSetup:- Maintaining trading diaries and net positions on daily basis (at end of the day).- Back testing trading strategiesKnowledge or Experience Required: Knowledge Of derivatives (basics) Proficient with the principles, practices, terminologies and calculation tools related to derivativesanalysis Result oriented attitude towards work with emphasis on accuracy, detailing and overallexcellence Ability to multitask and prioritize to ensure accurate and timely completion of work Strong reporting and presentation ability Should be good in mathematics Good Communication skills Should be able to work under pressure Should have keen interest in making career in financial markets=Candidates enrolled with CFA/FRM/CMT Program would be preferred.=Candidates having experience in option based arbitrage strategies (like spreads, box, etc) shallbe preferred.

Execute the orders on behalf of clients by doing Pre trade post trade confirmation.2.Responsible to achieve 3-times revenue of CTC.3.Opening new D-Mat and trading accounts of clients through self sources and through the company's leads.4.Responsible to achieve the business through acquiring new franchisees.5. Responsible to generate brokerage primarily through giving research to clients on their equity/commodity/currency portfolio for long term investments as well as positional trading ideas in stocks for short/ medium term.
