You will ensure comfort, hygiene, and safety while maintaining a professional and empathetic environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist clients with daily personal care (mobility, feeding, medication reminders, hygiene).Bethe companion to infant and elder.Maintain cleanliness, comfort, and safety standards at the clients home.Support elderly and infant well-being with patience, empathy, and attentiveness.Record service updates digitally through our app.Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and punctuality in every visit.Required Qualifications:B.Sc Nursing / GNM / ANM or equivalent nursing qualification.Basic knowledge of home care, first aid, and hygiene protocols.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle elderly, infant, or special-needs care with compassion.Smartphone proficiency (for app-based bookings and reporting).Preferred Skills:Freshers can apply. 1. Provide physical exams to monitor both the mothers and babys healthWork alongside midwives and obstetricians to coach the motherthrough contraction and assist in delivering the baby2. Respond to emergencies and provide necessary new-born assessmentand care3. Monitor and assist the mother with her initial recovery process postdelivery4. Educate mothers on how to take care of themselves and their babiesespecially on topics like breastfeeding, infant caretaking etc. andaddress any concerns the mother might have with accurate information5. Promptly update charts and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) with theinformation gathered during physical exams, monitoring etc.6. Ability to communicate, conduct exams, assess needs and clarifyqueries to support virtual care operations7. Promote clinical excellence and high standards of care which utilizes anevidence-based approach8. Help improve the performance of the team and the experience for themother9. Contribute to the delivery of the organizations objectives10. The organization will train the OBGYN nurses in international standards ofmidwife led care in lines with the practice in US, UK, Sweden and others.
