role overview:

as a home care assistant, you will provide personalized, professional care to elderly individuals, post-operative patients, or new mothers and infants in their homes. you will ensure comfort, hygiene, and safety while maintaining a professional and empathetic environment.

key responsibilities:

assist clients with daily personal care (mobility, feeding, medication reminders, hygiene).

bethe companion to infant and elder.

maintain cleanliness, comfort, and safety standards at the client-s home.

support elderly and infant well-being with patience, empathy, and attentiveness.

record service updates digitally through our app.

ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and punctuality in every visit.

required qualifications:

nursing / gnm / anm or equivalent nursing qualification.

basic knowledge of home care, first aid, and hygiene protocols.

excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

ability to handle elderly, infant, or special-needs care with compassion.

smartphone proficiency (for app-based bookings and reporting).

preferred skills:

freshers can apply. prior experience in hospital, home care, or elderly care services is bonus.

basic tech skills for digital reporting and communication.

multilingual ability (english + regional language).
