Role Overview:

As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide personalized, professional care to elderly individuals, post-operative patients, or new mothers and infants in their homes. You will ensure comfort, hygiene, and safety while maintaining a professional and empathetic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily personal care (mobility, feeding, medication reminders, hygiene).

Bethe companion to infant and elder.

Maintain cleanliness, comfort, and safety standards at the client-s home.

Support elderly and infant well-being with patience, empathy, and attentiveness.

Record service updates digitally through our app.

Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and punctuality in every visit.

Required Qualifications:

Nursing / GNM / ANM or equivalent nursing qualification.

Basic knowledge of home care, first aid, and hygiene protocols.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle elderly, infant, or special-needs care with compassion.

Smartphone proficiency (for app-based bookings and reporting).

Preferred Skills:

Freshers can apply. Prior experience in hospital, home care, or elderly care services is Bonus.

Basic tech skills for digital reporting and communication.

Multilingual ability (English + regional language).
