Job SummaryWe are looking for a Logistics Executive with 1-3 years of hands-on experience to manage daily logistics operations on their own. You will handle shipments, documentation, transporter coordination and basic EXIM work, and support process improvements with limited supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and run daily inbound and outbound shipments by road, air and seaCoordinate with transporters, courier partners, freight forwarders and CHAsGet freight quotations, compare rates and help negotiate with vendorsPrepare and verify documents, including GST invoices, e-way bills, LRs, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of entry, B/L and AWBFollow up on customs clearance with CHAs through ICEGATETrack shipments and give proactive updates to customers and internal teamsCoordinate with the warehouse on stock receipt, dispatch planning and inventory accuracyResolve delays, damages and shortages, and handle claims with carriers and insurersMaintain accurate data in ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle)Prepare MIS reports on dispatch status, freight costs and vendor performanceEnsure compliance with GST, Incoterms and company SOPsGuide trainees and juniors on routine tasks when needed
