Job Title : DCS OperatorDepartment : ProductionExperience Required: 3 to 7 Year experience in DCSJOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Please mention in below table)1 To Run the plant as per production plan & SOP.2 To operate the DCS, monitoring the process efficiently to avoid potential failure.3 To ensure the adherence of safety standards & norms.4 Knowledge of ESD, PID controller, interlock and sequence.5 To supervise the operator & contract casual in the plant.6 To fill up the batch card on the ongoing production.7 Knowledge of 5S and EHS policy.8 Knowledge of MS office, unit operation, unit process, plant start up and safe shutdown.9 Efficiently handle the plant during plant emergencies, coordinate with team & top-level management.10 Show strong technical skill & ownership to achieve quality & efficiency in operations.11 To monitor the plant conditions status & Report deviation.hrcps9@gmail.com8370014003
