Job Title: Data Entry Operator/AdminJob SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our diamond manufacturing factory in Sachin, Surat. The ideal candidate will manage data related to diamond processing, inventory, and quality control with accuracy. Knowledge of the diamond industry or prior experience in a manufacturing setup is a plus.Key Responsibilities1. Data Entry and Management:Enter and update information related to diamond processing, grading, and inventory using software systems (e.g., ERP, Gati or proprietary tools).Maintain accurate production records, including cutting, polishing, and finishing details.2. Documentation:Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production output and inventory levels.Ensure proper documentation of raw material inflow and processed goods outflow.3. Quality Assurance Support:Record and verify quality-related data from inspection teams.Assist in tracking rejected or defective pieces for rework.4. Coordination:Collaborate with the production, quality, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.Provide real-time updates to supervisors or managers about discrepancies or urgent matters.5. Database Maintenance:Regularly back up data and ensure system integrity.Perform periodic audits to identify errors and rectify inconsistencies.Skills and QualificationsEducation: Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or certification in computer applications is preferred.Proficiency in data entry software (e.g., MS Office, or customized ERP solutions).

Manage end-to-end logistics operations including inbound & outbound shipments.Coordinate with courier partners, transporters, and warehouses for smooth order dispatch & deliveries.Monitor inventory movement, stock levels, and maintain accurate records in ERP/software.Ensure timely order fulfillment (D2C, Marketplace, B2B).Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and handle customer escalations related to logistics.Optimize costs by negotiating with transporters/courier partners and reducing logistics expenses.Work closely with warehouse team for proper packaging, labeling, and dispatch of products.Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on dispatches, returns, and logistics performance.Handle reverse logistics (returns/exchanges) and minimize operational errors.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and government regulations.
