Job Responsibilities: Answer all incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently. Manage and program restaurant menus within our platform. Respond promptly to all support emails sent to support@plento.io. Assist customers with troubleshooting issues. Provide guidance on platform features. Resolve customer inquiries with a focus on excellent service. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates. Requirements: Fluent in English (spoken and written). Previous customer support or customer experience is required. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Bonus: Tamil/Hindi proficiency is a bonus. Sales experience is a bonus. Benefits: Competitive salary of 30,000 INR per month.
