The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating costs and preparing tender submissions for generator set projects. This role requires a strong understanding of generator set installation, maintenance, and project costing to secure new business opportunities from corporate, government, and public sector clients.

Candidate should be Diploma/B.E/B.tech/Msc./M.tech in electrical with at least 2 yrs working exp. of Estimation & Costing, AutoCAD is mandatoryTendering experience will an extra advantage.

Key Responsibilities:Design HVAC systems that meet client requirements and industry standards.Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications.Conduct site surveys to assess project needs.Perform load and energy calculations to determine heating and cooling requirements.Provide accurate cost estimates for HVAC projects.Collaborate with architects, builders, and other stakeholders to integrate HVAC systems into building designs.Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and safety regulations.Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to designs and costs.Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies and trends.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in HVAC design and costing.Proficiency in HVAC design software AutoCAD, & SolidWorks').Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

JOB DESCRIPTION: - Minimum 4+ years of total experience in MEPF Projects costing. Costing of HVAC Firefighting & Plumbing Projects. Develop cost estimation & Bill of materials as per design concept. Preparation of Large & small size mechanical projects BOQs, including equipment selection, technical submittals etc. Full Understanding of detailed technical construction drawings, calculations, and specifications for Mechanical systems to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards, codes and customer requirements using computer-assisted engineering or design software/ tools. (AutoCAD, REVIT, HAP) Knowledge of Heat load calculation, Ventilation system (Space Cooling & spot cooling), (AHU, AWU, Piping, Ducting, air distribution system, etc.) Review design concepts, calculations, and drawings to the accuracy of design intent, Code Compliance and customer requirements. Review Engineering submittals, shop drawings and various construction administration procedures to provide quick turnaround during the project's construction phase. Knowledge of all applicable Codes and Standards, etc. Coordinate with clients, project managers and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of projects as per schedule and requirements.
