We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Commerce graduates to join our team as Junior Costing & Billing Executives. In this role, you will work closely with Costing Managers and Billing Managers, contributing to accurate project costing, monitoring project spends, and ensuring smooth billing operations.Key Responsibilities:Costing Support:Assist Costing Managers in analyzing project budgets and preparing cost estimates.Collect and organize data on material, labor, and overhead costs for accurate costing.Support in the preparation of cost forecasts.Billing Assistance:Collaborate with Billing Managers to prepare, review, and finalize client invoices.Verify work progress and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.Maintain billing records and ensure timely submission of invoices.Project Spend Analysis:Monitor and analyze project expenditures against budgets.Prepare reports on project financial performance, highlighting variances and trends.Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to efficiency improvements.Documentation and Reporting:Ensure accurate documentation of costing and billing processes.Assist in the preparation of MIS (Management Information System) reports.Maintain updated records for audits and internal reviews.Collaboration and Coordination:Liaise with procurement, site teams, and other departments to ensure accurate data collection.Key Skills and Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com Hons)Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).Familiarity with ERP systems or accounting software is a plus.Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical abilities for cost and spend analysis.Attention to Detail: Precision in handling financial data and preparing reports.Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication for cross-department collaboration.Work Ethic: High level of integrity, discipline, and a proac
