Collect payments from assigned customers and update records. Participate in training sessions and product upgradation programs. Assist in digital marketing efforts like Google review generation. Contribute insights for new product development and competitor tracking. Basic knowledge of sales cycle, CRM tools (SalesTown), and ERP (optional).
