Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for: Improving the quality of Dharohar programmes by creating content, including: Creating learning content/ session plans for various age-groups Improving existing content Developing and maintaining learning resources Building thinking skills and a curious mindset Improving volunteer engagement and impact by, developing and delivering volunteer training Monitoring and evaluating learning impact To succeed in this role, You must have: Minimum undergraduate degree Passion for learning Strong interpersonal and communication skills Fluency in English and Hindi Demonstrable ability to work independently It would help if you had Experience of training different age- groups- kids, adults etc. Interest in and knowledge of science and technology Adaptability; learn and implement quickly
