We are seeking a dedicated Consultant Urologist to join our team in Pathankot, Punjab, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in urology, with 1 to 7 years of experience and a relevant postgraduate degree. Key Responsibilities:- Patient Diagnosis: Evaluate patients with urological disorders, conducting thorough examinations and interpreting diagnostic tests to determine appropriate treatment plans.- Surgical Procedures: Perform a variety of surgical interventions including, but not limited to, minimally invasive surgeries, endourology, and laparoscopic procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.- Treatment Management: Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs, explaining procedures and potential outcomes clearly to patients and their families.- Follow-Up Care: Monitor patients post-surgery or treatment to ensure recovery progress and manage any complications that may arise, adjusting care plans as necessary.- Collaboration: Work closely with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and sharing valuable insights into patient management.Required Skills and Expectations:The candidate must hold a postgraduate degree in Urology and possess strong clinical skills.
