Key responsibilities:1. Assist in building construction: Help with various tasks involved in the construction process, such as carrying materials, mixing cement, and assisting skilled workers.2. Perform brick work: Lay bricks accurately according to building plans and specifications.3. Plaster masonry work: Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, or other surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even finish.4. Assist brick masons: Aid skilled brick masons in their work by providing necessary materials and tools.Required skills and expectations:1. Basic knowledge of building construction: Understanding of basic construction processes and techniques involved in building structures.2. Ability to perform brick work: Skill in laying bricks accurately and neatly, following building plans and instructions.3. Proficiency in plaster masonry work: Experience in applying plaster to surfaces, ensuring a clean and well-finished result.4.
