The General Manager Construction will be responsible for end-to-end management of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, cost control, safety compliance, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and strategic oversight across multiple sites and teams.Oversee planning, execution, and completion of construction projects as per approved timelines, budgets, and specifications.Review project schedules, drawings, BOQs, and method statements to ensure feasibility and efficiency.Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations.Team & Contractor ManagementLead and manage project managers, site engineers, supervisors, and support teams.Appoint, evaluate, and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.Resolve site-level issues, conflicts, and escalations effectively.Cost Control & BudgetingMonitor project costs, cash flow, and billing to ensure financial discipline.Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.Approve measurements, RA bills, and final bills in coordination with accounts.
