Proactively seek out opportunities for the companys products in upcoming construction projects.- Have a strong understanding of the companys product range (e.g., adhesives, sealants, coatings, waterproofing chemicals) and effectively communicate their benefits and applications to clients. Provide technical support and guidance during the sales process.- Prepare and present tailored sales proposals, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to project stakeholders, addressing their specific needs and project requirements.- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, production, and technical support) to ensure smooth delivery of construction chemicals to project sites on time. Provide regular project updates and support to the sales team.- Lead negotiations with clients regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and contractual terms. Ensure agreements are signed in a timely manner while maintaining the companys profitability.- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and ensure the company remains competitive.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress. Prepare regular sales reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management.
