We are looking for a skilled CCTV Technician to join our team. This role will be based at our Head Office in Vasant Kunj , but the technician will be required to perform CCTV troubleshooting, maintenance, installations, and service at multiple sites within Delhi/NCR.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IP Cameras, NVR (Network Video Recorder), Networking, Access Control and will be responsible for ensuring the proper setup, configuration, and maintenance of security systems across multiple locations within Delhi/NCR.Key Responsibilities:Install and configure NVR/DVR systems, IP cameras, and other CCTV components.Conduct on-site surveys to assess the security needs of the sites and identify optimal camera placement and system configuration.Integrate CCTV systems with existing security infrastructure, ensuring compatibility and seamless functionality.Install and manage wiring (Ethernet, coaxial, power cables) for CCTV systems.Set up network configurations for IP cameras and NVRs. Troubleshoot network-related issues and ensure proper data storage and backup protocols.Provide ongoing maintenance for CCTV systems, including firmware updates, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring system uptime.Diagnose and resolve issues related to camera feed quality, network connectivity, or system malfunctions.Maintain accurate records of all installations, maintenance activities, and system configurations across all locations.Key Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience with NVR, DVR, and IP Camera systems, as well as other related security equipment.Strong knowledge of IP networks, including the ability to configure cameras and recorders on local and remote networks.Ability to diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions under pressure.High level of attention to detail to ensure that installations are precise, cameras are correctly positioned, and systems are fully functional.Experience in CCTV installation and maintenance, with proven expertise in NVR/DVR and IP Camera systems.Previous experience in managing CCTV installations and troubleshooting across multiple locations is highly desirable.Installing and maintaining security equipment such as alarms or access control systemsMonitoring the operation of security equipment for malfunctions or other problemsInstalling, maintaining, repairing, and replacing security cameras, computer networks, and other equipment used in video surveillance systems

Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems and related software and hardware components. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system resources to ensure high availability and performance. Manage and administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning. Maintain system security by implementing and maintaining security policies, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems. Install and configure network services, such as DNS, DHCP, and VPN. Monitor and respond to system alerts and notifications. Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
