- Collating and ensuring correct data in ERP of all technical devices available with our CSPs for your region.- Providing Operational day-to-day help in resolving issues related to software or hardware.- Informing & ensuring update of software at our partner's end (As and when recommended by Software developer/client).- Achieve minimum delaying CSP operations due to technical problems.- Technical training of CSPs for all transactions- How is it to be done? To new on boarded CSPs and Need-based to existingCSPs.- Identifying redundant technical issues and mitigating them by Automation/Training.- Evaluating Risks pertaining technology used in day-to-day operations.- Compliance of security checks and assisting CSPs & employees pertaining to business-related transactions oncloud/server.
