Typical tasks include testing equipment on site. making improvements to, and offering advice about, operational procedures.What You Will Do Here:Testing equipment on site.Making improvements to, and offering advice about, operational procedures.Creating and implementing test procedures.Investigating problems and diagnosing and repairing faults.Liaising with clients and installation/project engineers.Supervising engineering and technical staff.Gathering and analyzing performance and safety data.Writing reports and documentation.Providing technical support.Ensuring safe working conditions.Training maintenance and operative staff.Machine testing in the office according to the specifications.FAT conducting,Demo presentation to the customerElectrical wiringInstallation:Physical installation of equipment, systems, or infrastructure according to design specifications.Compliance with safety regulations and best practices during installation activities.Quality assurance and quality control to ensure workmanship meets standards.Coordination with other trades or contractors on-site to facilitate smooth installation processes.Commissioning:Development of commissioning procedures and protocols to verify system functionality and performance.Execution of commissioning tests and inspections to validate system operation.Troubleshooting and resolution of issues identified during commissioning activities.Documentation of commissioning results, including test reports, as-built drawings, and equipment manuals

Proven relevant work experience in lift installation/maintenance. Knowledge of mechanical adjustments and safety aspects. Must have good attention to detail. Must understand Hindi Flexible and willing to learn/ take up tasks as per requirements Knowledge of GAD Knowledge of Templates Knowledge of drawings Ensure that the material is arranged at site as per requirement Work scheduling as per job priorities Ensure smooth flow of schedule Install complete residential elevator package including rails, weight carriage, running platform, motor, cab, lights, hall call stations Ensure customer satisfaction Connect electrical wiring to control panels and electric motors. Cut prefabricated sections of framework, rails, and other components to specified dimensions. Operate elevators to determine power demands, and test power consumption to detect overload factors.
