Lift Technician

• Proven relevant work experience in lift installation/maintenance.

• Knowledge of mechanical adjustments and safety aspects.

• Must have good attention to detail.

• Must understand Hindi

• Flexible and willing to learn/ take up tasks as per requirements

• Knowledge of GAD

• Knowledge of Templates

• Knowledge of drawings

• Ensure that the material is arranged at site as per requirement

• Work scheduling as per job priorities

• Ensure smooth flow of schedule

• Install complete residential elevator package including rails, weight carriage, running platform, motor, cab, lights, hall call stations

• Ensure customer satisfaction

• Connect electrical wiring to control panels and electric motors.

• Cut prefabricated sections of framework, rails, and other components to specified dimensions.

• Operate elevators to determine power demands, and test power consumption to detect overload factors.
