Monitor tool settings, adjust offset and replace insertion of tool and ensuring operation of the machine promptly. Detect and report defective material and any problems with the machine. Should be able to understand the FANUC/HAAS programming control Should be able operate small equipment and power tools. Document all problems on hourly piece count sheet and maintain all required paperwork in an accurate manner. Follow all Safety Rules and Regulations.
