CNC VMC Operator 12th Pass Experience Jobs in Ahmedabad

- Proven experience as CNC/VMC operator.- Experience on Control like HAAS, Mitsubishi and Fanuc.- Knowledge of Cutting Tools and Cutting Parameters.- Expertise in operating CNC machine and tooling as well as precision measurement tools - Prepare daily production report.- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.- Computer knowledge with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM.- Having expertise in handling measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, Height gauge (TRIMOS), Micrometer, Radius Gauge, Go-No Go Gauge, Thread Gauge, Slip Gauges, etc.- Knowledge of GD&T.- Coordinate with QC team and ensure Quality of parts.- Mechanical Engineering skill and good mathematical skill.- Ability to give training to trainee Operator.- Good communication abilities.- A keen eye for detail and result-driven approach.

Operate And Monitor Machine Functions Maintains Proper Operator Level Preventative Maintenance To Ensure Continuous Machine Operation.
