CNC VMC Operator (2-8 Years)

- Proven experience as CNC/VMC operator.

- Experience on Control like HAAS, Mitsubishi and Fanuc.

- Knowledge of Cutting Tools and Cutting Parameters.

- Expertise in operating CNC machine and tooling as well as precision measurement tools

- Prepare daily production report.

- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

- Computer knowledge with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM.

- Having expertise in handling measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, Height gauge (TRIMOS), Micrometer, Radius Gauge, Go-No Go Gauge, Thread Gauge, Slip Gauges, etc.

- Knowledge of GD&T.

- Coordinate with QC team and ensure Quality of parts.

- Mechanical Engineering skill and good mathematical skill.

- Ability to give training to trainee Operator.

- Good communication abilities.

- A keen eye for detail and result-driven approach.
