Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC laser cutting machines to produce components as per drawings and specifications.Set up machines, load materials, and adjust machine parameters for optimal performance.Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and production work orders.Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.Inspect finished components using measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and compliance.Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning activities.Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate with maintenance teams when required.Optimize material utilization to minimize waste and improve productivity.Maintain production records and machine operation logs.Follow workplace safety procedures and quality control guidelines.

Responsible for Operating and Controlling Machine, Producing Quality Products and Maintaining the Machine. Qualification: ITI (Machinist, Tuner), DME, BE (Mech)

Key ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC Turning, Milling, VMC, HMC, or other CNC machines as assigned.Set up machines, load materials, and prepare tools for production runs.Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.Perform tool changes, offset adjustments, and minor machine settings.Measure and inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.Identify and report machine malfunctions, quality issues, or production deviations.Maintain production records and complete job-related documentation.Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety procedures.Keep the work area clean and organized following 5S practices.Work closely with supervisors, quality inspectors, and maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
