CNC Machine Operator Graduate Experience Jobs in Kanchipuram

Setting up and operating CNC horizontal boring mills, machining parts to specific tolerances.Use large overhead cranes and other large equipment.Must be able to produce quality parts in an error free work environment.Will be responsible for operating controls, setting offsets, editing programs and some deburring.Also perform self-inspection for conformance to requirements of both in-process and completed parts.

Give Insert / Work Offset in CNC machines Change the tools and Do Tool setting in CNC Machines To do Tool life monitoring Follow machine SOP and checklist Follow Safety practices Should be able to handle Vernier , Micrometer and attribute gauges to assure process Quality
