The candidate should be skilled in both programming and operating CMM machines and capable of working in rotational shifts.Key Responsibilities: Operate and program ZEISS CMM machines efficiently Create, modify, and run CMM inspection programs Perform dimensional inspection of components as per engineering drawings and GD&T Use ZEISS CALYPSO software for measurement and reporting Analyze inspection results and generate inspection reports Identify and report deviations or non-conformities Ensure proper handling and calibration of measuring instruments Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams Follow quality standards, SOPs, and safety guidelinesRequired Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical or related field 12 years experience in CMM Programming & Operation (ZEISS) Strong knowledge of GD&T Experience with CALYPSO software preferred Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Willingness to work in rotational shifts Good communication and teamwork skillsPreferred Skills (Optional): Experience with scanning probes Knowledge of ISO / TS quality standards Exposure to automotive or precision manufacturing componentsInterested candidates who can join immediately are encouraged to apply.Contact Person - Jagadeesh HRContact Number - 99404 97911Mail ID career@nexoneresource.com
