Job Description:

We are looking for a CMM Operator / Programmer with 1€“2 years of hands-on experience on ZEISS Coordinate Measuring Machines. The candidate should be skilled in both programming and operating CMM machines and capable of working in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Operate and program ZEISS CMM machines efficiently

€¢ Create, modify, and run CMM inspection programs

€¢ Perform dimensional inspection of components as per engineering drawings and GD&T

€¢ Use ZEISS CALYPSO software for measurement and reporting

€¢ Analyze inspection results and generate inspection reports

€¢ Identify and report deviations or non-conformities

€¢ Ensure proper handling and calibration of measuring instruments

€¢ Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams

€¢ Follow quality standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

€¢ Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical or related field

€¢ 1€“2 years experience in CMM Programming & Operation (ZEISS)

€¢ Strong knowledge of GD&T

€¢ Experience with CALYPSO software preferred

€¢ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

€¢ Willingness to work in rotational shifts

€¢ Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills (Optional):

€¢ Experience with scanning probes

€¢ Knowledge of ISO / TS quality standards

€¢ Exposure to automotive or precision manufacturing components
