Position: Civil Site Incharge

Experience: 2+ Years

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Location: As per project requirement

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.

Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and other site personnel.

Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.

Track daily work progress and maintain site records and reports.

Ensure proper utilization of manpower and construction materials.

Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site.

Identify and resolve routine site-related issues.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.

Coordinate with the project team to complete work within the planned schedule.

Requirements

Normal Graduate With Experience In Civil Engineering are Also Welcome

Diploma/ in Civil Engineering Is Added advantage

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site supervision.

Good knowledge of civil construction practices and site execution.

Ability to manage workers and coordinate with contractors.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work at construction/project sites.
