Be able to deliver project within time, prepare initial estimates, BOQ making is essential, rate analysis using SOR, primary & detailed cost analysis, good knowledge of construction materials market, Site visit & checking constructional activities.

Tech Civil Engineering Experience Requirement- Minimum 5 Years of Experience as a Billing Engineer or Quantity Surveyor In Civil Construction Company (EPC) Building & Road Project will be preferredHandling Of Work- 1. Check Bill Raised By The Contractor, Construction Supervision Of Civil Interior Work at the Site, Prepare Preliminary Estimated at Proposal Stage, 2. Prepare Detailed Bill Of Quantities/ Pre-Tender Estimates, Inspection, and Verification Of Work Measurement, Rate Analysis, Bill Estimation, Costing. Preparation Of Bill Of Quantities (BOQ), Bill Certification, And Quantity Estimation. All Other Work-Related To Billing Engineer/Quantity Surveyor3. Capable to handle Independently all Billing & Quantity survey-related work.4. Capable Independently to compile Tender Documents and submission of BID A candidate having Experienced with the Civil Construction Company (EPC) Building & Road Project will be preferred Project will be preferred.
