Qualifications: Education:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering . A Master's degree in or certification StructuralEngineering / Architecture or certification Design Management is preferred. Experience:o 7+ years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 3 years in a designmanagement role. o Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary design teams on large-scaleconstruction projects. o In-depth knowledge of building materials, structural systems, and engineeringdesign software (AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, etc.). Skills:o Strong project management and leadership abilities. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectivelywithclients, teams, and stakeholders. o Proficient in structural analysis and design software. o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks andmeetingdeadlines. o Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
