Job Responsibility Responsible for achieving the Revenue & GMV targets for the City Responsible for building the roadmap towards CM2 Profitability Building and ensuring a Healthy Supplier Network with tyre, battery and Alloy wheel dealers. Ability to scale thenetwork to other categories basis the business plan. Managing daily & monthly activities & adhering to all SOPs like debtors reconciliation, cash reconciliation, purchasereconciliations, stock reconciliations Manage the customer lead funnel and ensure maximum conversion %age from the sales funnel To run day to day operations in the city and plan & execute on People & Resource management such as Optimise order routing and route efficiency to increase asset utilisationManage & Groom Crew and Tele Agents for the smooth running of the operations Ensure availability of People & Resources for the smooth running of daily operationsTo manage customer queries and ensure conversionTo plan for inventory offtake to maintain maximum 10 days inventoryTo maintain relationships with suppliers in the city to maintain JIT sourcing To maintain relationships with suppliers in the city to maintain JIT sourcing To ensure that van capacity is fully utilisedRequirements from the candidate Must be a graduate from a govt recognised university 2-3+ years of work experience in Sales and Business development / Operations management Experience in tyre, battery, Auto aftercare, Last mile delivery industries - highly preferred Ability to communicate with the vendor/supplier network and customers alike in English, Hindi & Native language. Ability to plan and work in the market to build vendor/supplier network & relationship Excellent interpersonal, completive selling technique, negotiation skills, business acumen, organizational skills,managing complexity, written and oral communication skills Ability to work and thrive in a start-up environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
