* L3/L4 level - Citrix associate principal architect.* JD: as below* Perform day-to-day troubleshooting, maintenance, and development ofmultiple Citrix Cloud infrastructure* Perform tuning and optimization on multiple CitrixCloud* Install software on/for citrix.* Create and maintain system documentation andStandard Operating Procedures.* Work within a team environment to test and implement the technicalsolution required to accomplish the statement of work within thedesignated project schedule.* Work closely with engineering teams and act as a bridge betweenDeployment and Engineering.* Firmware NetScaler upgrade needs to be done as per latestupdates/release* Global and Engineering desktops patches* Add/Modify app, platforms and OS layers.* Any add on tasks provided by Citrix lead.* Conduct workshop to capture detailed requirements of customer group,define success criteria.
