Job Description

* L3/L4 level - Citrix associate principal architect.

* JD: as below

* Perform day-to-day troubleshooting, maintenance, and development of

multiple Citrix Cloud infrastructure

* Perform tuning and optimization on multiple CitrixCloud

* Install software on/for citrix.

* Create and maintain system documentation and

Standard Operating Procedures.

* Work within a team environment to test and implement the technical

solution required to accomplish the statement of work within the

designated project schedule.

* Work closely with engineering teams and act as a bridge between

Deployment and Engineering.

* Firmware NetScaler upgrade needs to be done as per latest

updates/release

* Global and Engineering desktops patches

* Add/Modify app, platforms and OS layers.

* Any add on tasks provided by Citrix lead.

* Conduct workshop to capture detailed requirements of customer group,

define success criteria.
