Job Description

* l3/l4 level - citrix associate principal architect.

* jd: as below

* perform day-to-day troubleshooting, maintenance, and development of

multiple citrix cloud infrastructure

* perform tuning and optimization on multiple citrixcloud

* install software on/for citrix.

* create and maintain system documentation and

standard operating procedures.

* work within a team environment to test and implement the technical

solution required to accomplish the statement of work within the

designated project schedule.

* work closely with engineering teams and act as a bridge between

deployment and engineering.

* firmware netscaler upgrade needs to be done as per latest

updates/release

* global and engineering desktops patches

* add/modify app, platforms and os layers.

* any add on tasks provided by citrix lead.

* conduct workshop to capture detailed requirements of customer group,

define success criteria.
