Advanced knowledge of Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, Extreme, Ruckus, Aruba.4. Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP protocols5. Advanced knowledge of SD-WAN6. Advanced knowledge of Wireless solutions7. Good knowledge of Azure, and Cloud solutions8. Good knowledge of MPLS/VPLS/VPN/MP -BGP architectureCritical Functions Deliver technical excellence as a key quality requirement for the successful execution of assigned tasks or projects. Provide 3rd Level Technical BAU Support. Work with the Solutions Team to provide network input into projects regarding the design and suitability of the solution, highlighting any unique considerations that should be taken in account when designing the solution. Manage all engineering aspects of the technical solution that you are responsible for, either directly, as part of the networking team. Responsible for the completion of networking documentation. Responsible for building exceptional rapport and maintaining the highest levels of communication with key stake holders ensuring they are fully informed on the status of their network or project. Responsible for the internal communication with the key stakeholders regarding the customers network status, opportunities, developments, or risks.

Any re-work of quotes completed with Service providerOnce the Quote is approved, a PO number is generated by GCC team and the same is forwarded to Service providerFor decommissions, work with relevant groups to ensure site is disconnected after all works have been completed

1. Assist the corporate sales team with solution design and pre-sales2. Assist the ISP and Professional services teams in the following areas: Project Management and Implementation Customer Relationship Management Troubleshooting and isolating network issues Network Design and Documentation Network Support (Level 2 and Level 3) Internal Training Data Center Management3. Assemble and configure network components and associated services for customers (both internal and external).4. Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.5. Build a team of network support engineers to ensure service to customers is always provided.6. Aid Corporate Sales team with network solution design where required.7. Capacity planning and network optimization for Internet and Data Center services8. Must be able to quickly understand architecture, identify cross-functional network impacts.9.
