1. Assist the corporate sales team with solution design and pre-sales
2. Assist the ISP and Professional services teams in the following areas:
• Project Management and Implementation
• Customer Relationship Management
• Troubleshooting and isolating network issues
• Network Design and Documentation
• Network Support (Level 2 and Level 3)
• Internal Training
• Data Center Management
3. Assemble and configure network components and associated services for customers (both internal and external).
4. Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.
5. Build a team of network support engineers to ensure service to customers is always provided.
6. Aid Corporate Sales team with network solution design where required.
7. Capacity planning and network optimization for Internet and Data Center services
8. Must be able to quickly understand architecture, identify cross-functional network impacts.
