The successful candidate must be capable of teaching students from diverse backgrounds and handling sensitive topics with confidence.Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver high-quality lesson plans and curricula adhering to national and school guidelines.- Assess students and provide constructive feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.- Create an inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing concerns.- Utilize visual and audio aids to facilitate comprehensive learning.- Prepare educational materials such as notes, summaries, and assignments.- Stay updated with professional development opportunities by attending seminars and conferences.Requirements:- Minimum 4+ years of teaching experience.- Experience in teaching Dropper batch for IIT-JEE/NEET.- Domicile from South India is a plus point.- M.Sc. /M.Tech/B.Tech degree required.- Strong organizational skills and commitment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
