We have a very strong team with vast work experience in different domains such as Research, Technology, Design, Marketing & Medicine and from many Ivy League Colleges such as IIT BHU, Delhi College of Engineering (DTU), etc.Job Profile: STRATEGIC PHARMA EXECUTIVEFull Time - Work from Office (3 months paid internship mandatory before job confirmation)Eligible Branches: B.Pharma/M.Pharma ALUMNIJoining Location: PuneJoining: ImmediateNote: For Full-time job offer, Candidates will have to do 3 months of paid internship, and then basis the performance, full-time job will be offered.Key Qualifications: You have 0-2 years of experience and should have completed Graduation or Post Graduation in Pharma. Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Understanding of medicines and highly convincing negotiating techniques. Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, specifically writing skills and, formal presentation skills to engineers, leadership team, non-technical partners, and customers.Payment structure:This is a pay-for-performance salary structure where 10K shall be fixed and Upward of 15K+ shall be payable in incentives. You will also be paid a performance-linked incentive. Performance based incentives shall only be applicable once the candidate has well performed during the 3 month of internship and shall be paid a total of Rs 10,000 during the internship.
