Job Profile: STRATEGIC PHARMA EXECUTIVE

Full Time - Work from Office (3 months paid internship mandatory before job confirmation)

Joining Location: Pune

Note: For Full-time job offer, Candidates will have to do 3 months of paid internship, and then basis the performance, full-time job will be offered.

Key Qualifications:

You have 0-2 years of experience and should have completed Graduation or Post Graduation in Pharma.

Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Understanding of medicines and highly convincing negotiating techniques.

Experience with MS Word, Excel, PPT skills.

Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, specifically writing skills and, formal presentation skills to engineers, leadership team, non-technical partners, and customers.

Payment structure:

This is a pay-for-performance salary structure where 10K shall be fixed and Upward of 15K+ shall be payable in incentives. You will also be paid a performance-linked incentive.

Performance based incentives shall only be applicable once the candidate has well performed during the 3 month of internship and shall be paid a total of Rs 10,000 during the internship.

Employee can earn an upward of Rs. 25,000 with incentives with Fixed Pay of Rs. 10,000.
