job profile: strategic pharma executive

full time - work from office (3 months paid internship mandatory before job confirmation)

eligible branches: ma/ma alumni

joining location: pune

note: for full-time job offer, candidates will have to do 3 months of paid internship, and then basis the performance, full-time job will be offered.

key qualifications:

• you have 0-2 years of experience and should have completed graduation or post graduation in pharma.

• excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• understanding of medicines and highly convincing negotiating techniques.

• experience with ms word, excel, ppt skills.

• strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, specifically writing skills and, formal presentation skills to engineers, leadership team, non-technical partners, and customers.

payment structure:

this is a pay-for-performance salary structure where 10k shall be fixed and upward of 15k+ shall be payable in incentives. you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive.

• performance based incentives shall only be applicable once the candidate has well performed during the 3 month of internship and shall be paid a total of rs 10,000 during the internship.

• employee can earn an upward of rs. 25,000 with incentives with fixed pay of rs. 10,000.
