Key responsibilities:1. Conducting microbiological testing: Performing various tests to identify and analyze microorganisms present in samples, such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites.2. Maintaining laboratory records: Documenting all test results, procedures, and findings accurately to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.3. Developing and validating testing methods: Designing new protocols or modifying existing ones to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of microbiological tests.4. Identifying microbial contaminants: Investigating sources of contamination in products, materials, or environments and recommending corrective actions to prevent future issues.5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Working closely with other departments, such as research and development, quality control, and production, to address microbiological concerns and support organizational goals.Required skills and expectations:1. Strong knowledge of microbiology: Proficiency in microbiological techniques, equipment, and procedures to conduct tests accurately and interpret results effectively.2. Attention to detail: Ability to follow precise protocols, record data meticulously, and analyze findings critically to ensure the reliability and validity of test results.3. Effective communication skills: Capable of sharing complex scientific information clearly and concisely with colleagues and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and decision-making.4. Problem-solving abilities: Aptitude for identifying issues, proposing solutions, and implementing improvements to enhance laboratory operations and ensure compliance with industry regulations.5. Educational background: Holds a degree in a relevant field, such as microbiology, biotechnology, pharmacy, or a related discipline, to demonstrate foundational knowledge and skills required for the role.

Allocating contract manpower in such a way that they would generate productivity of more than 50 MT/ group Ensure loading & stabilization of material as per SOP Reporting of breakages,cullet& not found material during the shift. Ensuring loading of correct material in truck as per Loading slip. Avoiding loose box generation in warehouse by closely monitoring the loading point & warehouse to reduce breakages Collecting & checking barcode tags of each box loaded in truck & handover to barcoder for scanning & ensuring scanning of truck intime. Filling up of all ISO related documents like log book, forklift checksheet, availability sheet in each shift

Knowledge of operation of plant equipments, handling materials and monitoring the process as per BPR in shifts.Develop Skill to physically operate various plant equipments and fix minor equipment problems.Follow and strictly adhere to cGMP as per SOP and online recording of required data in BPR , Equipment and Cleaning status recordsTo contain, control the spills, salvaging of spills in the plant.To regularly monitor in shift duty, the overall plant parameters, equipments and utilities.Reporting any deviation during process to superior and immediate update of the deviation related documents.
