Execute the synthetic route for the target molecules under the supervision of Lab headClear knowledge in setting up chemical reactions independently, different purification techniques and characterization of compounds by NMR, HPLC and LCMSHandling of moisture sensitive and pyrophoric reagents and reactionsPerform troubleshooting in synthetic challengesMaintain LNB for every experiment in timely manner.
