Execute the synthetic route for the target molecules under the supervision of Lab head

Clear knowledge in setting up chemical reactions independently, different purification techniques and characterization of compounds by NMR, HPLC and LCMS

Handling of moisture sensitive and pyrophoric reagents and reactions

Perform troubleshooting in synthetic challenges

Maintain LNB for every experiment in timely manner. Clearly include critical observation and conclusion from every experiment.

Should capable of handling multiple reactions parallel.

Knowledge of literature search and retrieving experimental details from journals and patents

Follow all laboratory safety protocol

Candidate should have a clear understanding of MSDS(Material Safety Data Sheet) of the chemicals,

Knowledge of IP confidentiality and data integrity is a Must.
