The roles are responsible for the effective running & management of Centre faculty and programs. Responsibilities include communicating clearly with teachers as well as students, aligning roaster of visiting faculties, making recommendations for the overall workplace quality enhancement as well as retention/increasing enrolment. The Centre manager will be a key person in recruiting and retaining large clients for larger contracts, conduct local branding & marketing activities along with the administration of entire franchise operations. The manager will also be responsible for the retention and development of instructors. The center manager should be able to display a good-natured and cooperative demeanor when dealing with others in challenging situations.
