Installation: Installing CCTV systems, cameras, DVRs, and other equipment Troubleshooting: Identifying and fixing faults in the system's hardware or software Maintenance: Performing routine servicing and maintenance Testing: Ensuring the system is working properly by conducting full tests Documentation: Completing paperwork and service sheets Safety: Maintaining health and safety standards Customer education: Teaching customers how to use their equipment properly Project planning: Working with the sales team to analyze customer needs and produce project plans Knowledge base: Developing content for the knowledge base Returned products: Inspecting, testing, and troubleshooting returned products .

Maintenance of Electronic Sirens, Control systems and wireless communication like RADIO and GPRS in ODISHA. The Tsunami Early Warning system is installed in 6 districts, with SEOC in Bhubaneswar, BEOC in 22 Talukas and 122 Sirens in coastal villages across 500 Km of Odisha coastline.

Graduate / Diploma in Engineering would be preferred in Computer Science or Electronics Branch . Experience: 2 Years -4 years of Experience in Computer Hardware & Networking. Will be working in the field of Technical sales in CCTV / ELV / System Integration industry. Sales of ELV products like (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Public Address System) Knowledge of Networking & Server . Sound knowledge of Server Installation and Configuration, VMS, LAN Network etc. would be preferred Need to travel as per the project requirement Client handling & documentation. Should have Good Communication in English/ Hindi /Odia . Preferred to have B.tech ( In Computer science / Electronics/ Instrumentation Branch) , MCA, BCA. Minimum Graduation Required with 50% or above through-out Career. Should be comfortable in travelling from one place to another. Should be Presentable. Should have good convincing skills. Should have good base knowledge in Internet Service Provider. Memorizing technical product specifications and keeping up-to-date with new company products as well as industry trends. Simplifying technical terms during product demonstrations and pre-sales customer support. Maintaining strong professional relationships with existing clients and meeting with new clients to expand sales territories. Updating orders and sales and negotiating the best contract terms.
