They ensure optimal system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance to users on system operation. Key duties include setting up cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and access control systems, as well as configuring hardware and software to ensure proper functioning.

Installation: Sets up new equipment, installs CCTV systems, and connects cabling Maintenance: Performs routine servicing and maintenance, such as troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment Monitoring: Ensures that the surveillance system is functioning properly and responds to alarms Testing: Conducts full tests of the system to ensure it's working properly Configuration: Configures CCTV systems so they are compatible with the necessary software and connected to the correct wiring Paperwork: Completes necessary paperwork and service sheets, including invoicing and final walkthroughs Safety: Maintains health and safety standards for company work and equipment .
