We are seeking an experienced and technically strong ELV / Security Systems Engineer with 35 years of hands-on experience in CCTV, Access Control, PA Systems, and LAN Networking. The role involves system design support, site execution, commissioning, troubleshooting, and coordination with clients and project teams.________________________________________Key Responsibilities Design, install, configure, test, and commission CCTV systems (IP/Analog cameras, NVR/DVR, VMS, storage, and monitoring). Handle Door Access Control Systems including biometric, card, face recognition devices, controllers, locks, and integrations. Design and execute PA Systems including amplifiers, speakers, microphones, zoning, and cabling. Plan and implement LAN Networking: structured cabling, switches, routers, patch panels, racks, and basic network configuration. Perform system integration, fault diagnosis, and advanced troubleshooting. Read, understand, and prepare drawings, layouts, BOQs, and wiring diagrams. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. Supervise technicians and ensure work quality and safety compliance at sites. Conduct system testing, user training, and final handover documentation. Provide technical support and maintenance support when required.________________________________________Technical Skills & Requirements 35 years of field and project experience in ELV / Security systems. Strong knowledge of IP networking, TCP/IP, VLAN basics, and system integration. Experience with commissioning tools, testing equipment, and troubleshooting methods. Hands-on experience with leading brands such as Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, ESSL, Matrix, Bosch, or similar. Knowledge of electrical standards, earthing, and safety practices.________________________________________Qualifications Diploma / BE / BTech in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Networking, or related field. Relevant certifications in CCTV, Networking, or Security Systems will be an added advantage.________________________________________Soft Skills Good communication and documentation skills. Leadership and team-handling capability. Willingness to travel to project sites.
