We are seeking an experienced and technically strong ELV / Security Systems Engineer with 35 years of hands-on experience in CCTV, Access Control, PA Systems, and LAN Networking. The role involves system design support, site execution, commissioning, troubleshooting, and coordination with clients and project teams.________________________________________Key Responsibilities Design, install, configure, test, and commission CCTV systems (IP/Analog cameras, NVR/DVR, VMS, storage, and monitoring). Handle Door Access Control Systems including biometric, card, face recognition devices, controllers, locks, and integrations. Design and execute PA Systems including amplifiers, speakers, microphones, zoning, and cabling. Plan and implement LAN Networking: structured cabling, switches, routers, patch panels, racks, and basic network configuration. Perform system integration, fault diagnosis, and advanced troubleshooting. Read, understand, and prepare drawings, layouts, BOQs, and wiring diagrams. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. Supervise technicians and ensure work quality and safety compliance at sites. Conduct system testing, user training, and final handover documentation. Provide technical support and maintenance support when required.________________________________________Technical Skills & Requirements 35 years of field and project experience in ELV / Security systems. Strong knowledge of IP networking, TCP/IP, VLAN basics, and system integration. Experience with commissioning tools, testing equipment, and troubleshooting methods. Hands-on experience with leading brands such as Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, ESSL, Matrix, Bosch, or similar. Knowledge of electrical standards, earthing, and safety practices.________________________________________Qualifications Diploma / BE / BTech in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Networking, or related field. Relevant certifications in CCTV, Networking, or Security Systems will be an added advantage.________________________________________Soft Skills Good communication and documentation skills. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitate MEP services operations, maintenance & problem-solving, as may arise. Assist in the receipt and review of MEP As-Built drawings, Testing & commissioning reports, Equipment list, Warranties, O & M manuals, AMCs & service reports of contractors, Spare parts list & stock, Government documents related to the services on site, Contractor/supplier contact details, Tools and tackles Log and update all MEP changes and as-built information on As-built drawings and documents. Assist in the scoping review, budgeting, and justification of MEP change work orders. Assist in the installation/upgradation/modification of MEP works. Direct, monitor, and control the activities of the MEP staff & Subcontractor. Coordination and administration of MEP-related materials, systems, and shop drawings. Liaison with Consultants, MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors, and relevant staff. Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provide and adhere to relevant service schedules/Quality documentation/records. Ensure that MEP Subcontractors/tenants adhere to site safety regulations. Help train staff in safety procedures. Support a departmental orientation program for employees to receive the required training to successfully perform their jobs. Communicate performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position. Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities in order to determine the type of work required. Maintain accurate logs and records as required. Operate generators and fire pumps as necessary. Provide emergency response services 24/7. Maintain all MEP equipment & services in good condition at all times. Ensure all employees have the proper tools, equipment and uniforms.
