Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime. Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues and assist with network installations and upgrades. Configure and maintain Wi-Fi networks across store and office locations. Collaborate with external vendors to escalate technical issues and ensure prompt resolutions. Track and manage inventory of IT hardware and software assets, including RFID scanners and thermal printers. Knowledge of RFID Configuration, Thermal & TSC Barcode printer Configuration Ensure the proper maintenance of all IT equipment, both hardware and software, across the organization. Provide on-call support and work during non-standard hours as needed to resolve critical issues.
