Troubleshoot network issues and perform necessary repairs or upgrades. Provide technical support to end-users for network and IT-related problems. Monitor network performance and security, implementing necessary measures to ensure optimal operation. Assist in the implementation of new IT systems or upgrades. Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues. Stay updated with the latest developments in network technology and IT best practices.

We deal with advanced ELV security products like CCTV, Thermal CCTV, ground and aerial surveillance radars, Access Control (Biometric) Systems, Audio-Visual (AV), Fire Alarm System, Video Wall Solution, Surveillance and Counter UAV Solutions, Datacenter design and networking.

Job Description:The candidate must have-1. A good writing, reading and talking skills.2. At least 6 months experience as network/ desktop engineer.3. Knowledge of configuring IP address in IP-devices such as CCTV, Telephone, Network hub, layer-2 & Layer-3 switches, routers etc.4. Experience of creation of LAN, WAN, VLAN etc. and troubleshooting of network.5. Knowledge of Installing/Uninstalling, configuration and troubleshooting of MS windows and Server Windows.6. Knowledge of Basic passive networking like making RJ-45 connectors, IOs, etc.7. Willing to travel as per project requirements.
