Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeon (CTVS) with an MCh/DrNB CTVS qualification to join our medical team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in performing 10 to 15 surgeries per month and must bring a dedicated surgical team along to ensure seamless operations.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and treat cardiovascular and thoracic conditions through advanced surgical techniques.Perform complex procedures, including CABG, valve surgeries, aortic interventions, and lung resections.Lead a skilled team of medical professionals during procedures and post-operative care.Work closely with anesthesiologists, cardiologists, and intensivists to provide high-quality patient care.Ensure strict compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.Keep up with the latest advancements in cardiothoracic and vascular surgery to enhance patient outcomes.Qualifications & Requirements:MCh/DrNB in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery (CTVS).Minimum 6 years of experience in cardiothoracic and vascular surgery.Proven ability to handle 10 to 15 cases per month efficiently.Must have a dedicated surgical team available for procedures.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills:Experience in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgeries.Knowledge of heart and lung transplantation (if applicable).Research and academic contributions in the field of CTVS.
