job summary:

we are looking for an experienced cardiothoracic and vascular surgeon (ctvs) with an mch/drnb ctvs qualification to join our medical team. the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in performing 10 to 15 surgeries per month and must bring a dedicated surgical team along to ensure seamless operations.

key responsibilities:

diagnose and treat cardiovascular and thoracic conditions through advanced surgical techniques.

perform complex procedures, including cabg, valve surgeries, aortic interventions, and lung resections.

lead a skilled team of medical professionals during procedures and post-operative care.

work closely with anesthesiologists, cardiologists, and intensivists to provide high-quality patient care.

ensure strict compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.

keep up with the latest advancements in cardiothoracic and vascular surgery to enhance patient outcomes.

qualifications & requirements:

mch/drnb in cardiothoracic and vascular surgery (ctvs).

minimum 6 years of experience in cardiothoracic and vascular surgery.

proven ability to handle 10 to 15 cases per month efficiently.

must have a dedicated surgical team available for procedures.

strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

preferred skills:

experience in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgeries.

knowledge of heart and lung transplantation (if applicable).

research and academic contributions in the field of ctvs.
