The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing healthy, tasty, and child-friendly meals, while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and kitchen efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of healthy meals, snacks, and beverages for children and parents Plan and update a weekly menu with a focus on nutrition and child-friendly preferences Ensure top-level kitchen hygiene and food safety at all times Monitor inventory and order kitchen supplies as needed Cater to birthday parties, events, and special dietary requests Store and label food properly to prevent spoilage or contamination Coordinate with front counter/cashier for smooth order management Conduct deep cleaning of the kitchen once a week Monitor expiry dates and ensure safe food consumption Introduce new items to keep the menu exciting and fresh Qualifications: Diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts / Food & Beverage (preferred)02+ years of experience in a kitchen or cafeteria (experience with kids meals is a plus) Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices Creative and passionate about preparing nutritious, visually appealing meals. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially on weekends or events.
