Coordinate day-to-day operations and maintenance activities across various projectsites. Schedule and assign service engineers/technicians for preventive and breakdownmaintenance. Preparation of PO for Calibration Gases and coordinate from Order placement tilldelivery. Raising the PO for spares to factory in the in-house system and coordinate fromOrder placement till delivery. Raising the PO for service parts (Not to factory) and coordinate from Orderplacement till delivery. Submission of Invoices in Online Portal. Maintain records of service reports, breakdown logs, and preventive maintenanceschedules. Ensure timely closure of service calls and maintain customer satisfaction. Track spare parts and inventory required for maintenance jobs. Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports related to site activities andequipment performance. Coordinate with the procurement and logistics team for timely material dispatches. Communicate with clients to acknowledge complaints, schedule visits, and shareupdates. Assist in preparing maintenance plans, AMC reports, and performancesummaries. Support compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and service qualitystandards.
